User Conduct Guidelines for the Platform
Clause 1 – Lawful and Ethical Use
1.1. All Users accessing the platform of Twenty Four Twelve Society International Limited agree to use its services solely for lawful, ethical, and legitimate purposes. Any attempt to engage in or facilitate activities that are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unethical—under the laws of Hong Kong or the User’s own jurisdiction—is strictly prohibited.
1.2. This includes but is not limited to the dissemination of false or misleading information, use of stolen payment methods, manipulation of game mechanics, or participation in any scheme that may compromise the integrity, fairness, or legality of the platform’s operations.
Clause 2 – Prohibited Content and Activities
2.1. Users shall not upload, distribute, transmit, or publish any content via the platform that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful to others or to the Company’s reputation. The use of the platform for harassment, hate speech, or the targeting of individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or other protected characteristics is strictly forbidden.
2.2. Users must also refrain from engaging in anytechnological abuse, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, reverse engineering, spamming, introducing malware, or any form of digital interference or unauthorized access to Company systems or user accounts.
Clause 3 – Account Integrity and Identity Verification
3.1. Each User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials. Multiple accounts per individual or the creation of false or misleading profiles is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension without notice or refund.
3.2. The Company reserves the right to request proof of identity or supporting documentation at any time to ensure compliance with platform rules, fraud prevention procedures, or anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to comply with such requests may lead to the suspension or termination of the User’s access without compensation.
Clause 4 – Respect of Intellectual Property Rights
4.1. Users must respect all intellectual property rights held by the Company or third parties. This includes trademarks, logos, site content, scripts, and proprietary technologies. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, or reused without the Company’s express written consent.
4.2. Any attempt to extract, duplicate, or repurposecontent or data from the platform for commercial purposes, resale, competitive analysis, or derivative works is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including injunctions and claims for damages.
Clause 5 – Misuse of Communication Features
5.1. The platform may offer communication tools such as chat functions, comment areas, contact forms, or support messaging. These tools must not be used to send unsolicited messages, promotional materials, or offensive content, nor to attempt to solicit personal information from other users.
5.2. Users are strictly prohibited from impersonating other individuals or entities, including but not limited to Company staff, third-party agents, or other users. Abuse or manipulation of communication features to intimidate, deceive, or harass others will result in immediate account termination and may trigger legal consequences.
Clause 6 – Cheating, Manipulation, and Abuse of System Mechanics
6.1. Users shall not attempt to cheat, manipulate, bypass, or exploit any part of the platform's operational systems, including contest entry limits, payment processes, randomization tools, or outcome determination mechanisms.
6.2. The Company reserves the right to void any transaction or disqualify any user found to be exploiting the platform’s rules or functionality, including through the use of bots, scripts, automation software, or coordinated attempts to distort competitive fairness.All decisions in such cases are final and not subject to appeal.
Clause 7 – Protection of Platform Security and Infrastructure
7.1. Users must not attempt to interfere with or compromise thesecurity, availability, or functionality of the platform, its servers, APIs, databases, or network infrastructure. This includes, without limitation, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized penetration testing, or any form of bandwidth saturation.
7.2. The Company employs multiple security layers and reserves the right to block IP addresses, restrict access, and report suspicious activities to competent authorities when there is reasonable suspicion of a security threat, cyberattack, or any form of malicious behavior targeting the platform or its users.
Clause 9 – Restrictions on Commercial Use and Resale
9.1. Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company, Users are prohibited from using the platform or any of its components (including games, visuals, algorithms, logos, or content) for commercial resale, sublicensing, or any form of redistribution to third parties.
9.2. Any attempt to create a derivative platform, competing service, or commercial operation based on the structure or intellectual assets of the platform will be considered a serious violation and may result in immediate legal proceedings for infringement and breach of contract.
Clause 10 – Irrevocability of Platform Fees and Commission
10.1. By participating in any paid contest or transaction, the Userirrevocably agrees that the Company’s commission (set at 5% of the transaction or watch value) shall benon-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the competition, dispute, cancellation, or delivery.
10.2. This clause shall prevail over any conflicting terms. Once the payment is confirmed, the Company shall retain the 5% fee under all circumstances, and no refund or adjustment shall be made unless required by mandatory applicable law.
Clause 11 – Prohibited Content and Behavior
11.1. Users shall not upload, share, or disseminate through the platform any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or incites violence. This includes texts, images, videos, audio, or external links that may cause harm or violate the rights of others.
11.2. The Company retains full discretion to remove any content or terminate any account that violates this clause, without prior notice and without refund. Repeated violations or serious offenses may result in reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Clause 12 – Territorial Restrictions and Legal Compliance
12.1. Access to the platform is not permitted from jurisdictions where the operation or use of such services is prohibited or restricted by local law. It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform is legal in their jurisdiction.
12.2. The Company disclaims all liability arising from the use of the platform in violation of local laws or regulations. Users who access the platform from restricted territories do so entirely at their own risk and may be subject to immediate suspension or legal action.
Clause 13 – Fraudulent Behavior and Identity Misrepresentation
13.1. Users must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal and payment information. Any attempt to register using a false identity, fraudulent payment method, or misrepresent one’s eligibility will result in immediate suspension of the account.
13.2. The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence, request additional KYC documentation, and withhold winnings or access to services until identity has been verified. Fraudulent behavior may be reported to authorities and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Clause 14 – Third-Party Tools and Integrated Services
14.1. The platform may offer access to or integrate with third-party services (such as escrow, payment processors, or authentication providers). Use of such services is governed by their own terms and conditions, and the Company assumes no liability for their performance or failure.
14.2. Users acknowledge that their interaction with third-party systems is at their own risk. The Company shall not be liable forany loss, damage, delay, or dispute arising from third-party services, even if such services are recommended or linked via the platform.
Clause 15 – Enforcement, Sanctions and Reporting
15.1. The Company actively monitors platform activity and reserves the right to enforce these terms without prior notice, including through suspension, permanent account closure, deletion of content, withholding of funds, or legal action when violations are identified.
15.2. Users are encouraged to report any suspicious behavior or breach of this Acceptable Use Policy to the Company via the official contact form or email. The Company will investigate all legitimate reports and may take action at its sole discretion. Failure to enforce any part of this policy shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights to do so at any time in the future.
